Field Fitness is an innovative gym experience that offers a structured gym routine, depending on the user's fitness/bodybuilding goals. The fitness center offers various programs centered around bodybuilding, specialized sport training, fat loss or general fitness that include exercises and equipment required to maximize the individual's goals depending on their preferences.

Each work station is equipped with a monitor and sensors that will display the correct movements, form, sets and reps depending on which body part is being trained. The sensory data will give realtime feedback as to the correct movements as to mitigate any bad techniques and future injuries. This will provide a structured daily/weekly/monthly workout program tailored for each individual's needs and chosen package. The user can log a profile and once in the gym, the system will give direction on what body part to train, what cardio, machines and free weights to use as well as provide set, rep and weight guidelines depending on the user's profile. The system will also structure the workout regime to utilize machines/weights that are not in use thereby creating a harmonious and  efficient workout minimizing any unnecessary waiting times.
